Terms and Conditions

By entering in to a contract agreement with SiteHire, you ("the client") are accepting the following terms and conditions ("the terms"), which apply to all clients, all services and all employees of SiteHire.

If you do not agree to the terms, you must not enter a contract with the SiteHire.

Upon entering a contract with SiteHire, you are committed to it for a minimum period of 12 months. The contract will commence on the date on which you enter the contract, and each monthly payment ("your fee") will be due on this date each month ("payment date"). Your fee will be determined by the price plan you have agreed with SiteHire and the requirements of the service, for instance maintenance. Your fee will be stipulated on a written contract that you sign to enter an agreement with SiteHire. Alternatively, if you enter your contract via the online order process, by submitting your details and confirming your subscription through PayPal, you are accepting your fee and entering a contract with SiteHire. By agreeing to this contract, you are accepting the fee stated, and are then bound to pay that fee on your payment date for a minimum period of 12 months. If for whatever reason you are unable (or unwilling) to use the online order process and PayPal subscription payment option, you must still pay your fee on your payment date either via direct debit, cheque or another method as agreed with a SiteHire official. You will receive an invoice via email for each payment of your fee made.

Your fee is determined by the price plan you choose in the order process and your maintenance requirements. Your fee covers the services as stated under the specific price plan of choice only. Once you have entered a contract with SiteHire, your fee will not change for at least the minimum 12 month contract has expired, unless a negotiated upgrade or downgrade of service is agreed between the client and a SiteHire official. If your fee changes as agreed between the client and SiteHire, then it will come in to force on your next payment date, unless otherwise agreed.

Your fee covers the initial design and, if applicable, maintenance of your website. Once the initial design has been approved by the client, only minor edits and adjustments to this are included in your fee. If the client requires a complete re-design, a SiteHire official will negotiate a fee for the work.

Maintenance covers the addition of text, images and other content to the client's website. SiteHire is not responsible for the accuracy or vericity of materials on a client's website and the use of these websites is at the visitor's or client's own personal risk. SiteHire reserves the right to refuse maintenance tasks if they feel that the client is abusing this facility. The client acknowledges that any material sent to SiteHire for maintenance purposes is free of any copyright restrictions and belongs to the client for distribution and use.

SiteHire reserves the right to request additional payment to cover any work that does not fit under the stipulated services of the client's price plan or maintenance agreement.

At the end of your initial contract period, a review will be organised with a SiteHire official, with four possible outcomes. 1: the website is revamped/re-designed to suit the needs of the client, whilst keeping with their existing price plan. 2: the website is revamped/re-designed to suit the needs of the client, but includes an upgrade in price plan. 3: the website continues in its present form, which will result in a 25% decrease in the clients monthly payment fee. 4: the client stops paying the monthly fee, and their website is removed from view. The same applies at the end of each 12 month period.

SiteHire cannot be held responsible for the public response of the client's website, and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that the quality of the service will meet the client's expectations.

In no event shall SiteHire or any of its officials be liable for any loss, claims, damages or any special, consequnetial, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind arising from the access and/or use of a client's website, even if SiteHire has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

SiteHire reserves the right to, at its discretion, to add, edit or remove content from this website ("the website") or to adjust or revamp the design at any time. It also reserves the right to monitor, suspend, revoke or otherwise limit access to the website at any time. The website is wholly protected by copyright law and the contents of the website are available to any user for personal reference onl and may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever either in whole or part without the prior written permission of SiteHire and its officials.

The "Earn Yourself £25" and "Kit for Sports clubs" offers are running for an indefinite time, and SiteHire reserves the right to remove these offers at any time. The "Earn Yourself £25" offer must not be abused, and if any evidence is brought to our attention that an individual is abusing the system by falsely claiming a recommendation to merely earn themselves the reward will be forced to refund the reward within a 30 day period. To qualify for "Kit for Sports clubs", the sports club in question must have a website that is either run, designed or maintained by SiteHire. Sites created or maintained individually by James Gordon or John Flanagan, as well as sites designed by Ace Web Solutions and Ideal Web Design also qualify for this promotion. You must mention this offer when taking up an order with us. SiteHire reserves the right to decide when to present the £100 fee to the club in question.
